Supporting black women during her health crisis

Black Women Rising

Black Women Rising is a charity that resonates deeply with me, particularly because I've witnessed loved ones in my own family confront the challenges of cancer. This organization is a vital force in addressing the profound disparities in healthcare access experienced by ethnic minorities, particularly black women.

The charity goes above and beyond to provide wrap around services that Black women do not often receive or receive far later than our co-habitants.

  • Supper club
  • Coffee Mornings (socials)
  • Workshops (yoga, self love, wellness)
  • EmpowerHER (6 week remissions course)
  • Online support groups
  • Specialist Nurse Helpline
  • The Wig Fund

I had the privilege of meeting Olivia and Charlotte who work tirelessly around the clock to make change.

OUR CONTRIBUTION: We will be donating a % of profits from our sales throughout the year.

Spreading awareness of juvenile breast cancer

Coppa Feel

Breast cancer doesn't discriminate, yet young women often face denial or oversight in healthcare settings. Kris Hallenga founded Coppa Feel after her own diagnosis at 23. Despite fighting long and hard for recognition, she reached stage 4 by the time she was diagnosed. Coppa Feel is a movement using modern language and media to educate and empower young women.

I met part of their team at a Women's Health Conference in 2023, they're truly dedicated to spreading awareness and making change.

OUR CONTRIBUTION: We provide Free Coppa Feel resources in our Free women's health packs for all customers.
