WOMENS HEALTH PHYSIO

Women’s Health Physiotherapy is provided by Blush & Bump Physio (private clinic owned by the founder of Selfmade Softlife). You will receive information on how to book your free express consultation or full virtual consultation / home visit as you wish. 

Blush & Bump Physio will provide treatment for: 

• Pelvic floor dysfunction (leaky bladder / bowels)
• Painful sex
• Prolapse
• Pain in the pelvis
• Bloating / IBS
• Pregnancy support 
• Post-partum support

Whilst we whole heartedly aim to provide you with the resources to help with whichever health area you have selected, this can be seasonal. You will however, certainly receive some resources aimed for women’s health.
